It's a fairy
clefable is a gen 1 normal-type pokemon. he has a girlfriend, clefairy, who is also normal-type.
although he has really big wings on his back, he's not a flying-type.
clefable is weak to fighting-types, that's his only weakness.
he takes no damage from ghost-types, since he's a normal-type.
clefable takes neutral damage from all the other types. let's see what happens!

clefable: nidoqueen is fat.
nidoking turns red. he uses megahorn and poison jab on clefable.
not sure if clefable was even alive after that. and yeah he used a bug-type move but he's not a bug-type

clefairy: hi clefable. pidgeot is weak to fighting-types correct?
clefable: AHEM! pidgeot is normal and flying type, so it takes neutral damage from fighting, and 2x damage from electric, rock and ice.
pidgeot causes a hurricane. clefable was sent flying away and he gets impaled.

clefable: ice-types are stupid. they only have one resistance, which are themselves. they have a crazy amount of weaknesses.

clefable was frozen solid. lapras throws the clefable ice block off a cliff... you know what happened to clefable.
psychic-type - slowking
clefable: slowking? no. slowbro is better.

slowking destroys clefable with a bunch of psychic-type moves.
